Sedulo Surveying was created in February 2020 with the mission of putting client care at the forefront of what we do. In the current uncertain times, this is perhaps more important than ever. As your Quantity Surveyor or Independent Monitoring Surveyor we ensure your success through our diligence, care and attention. With offices in London and Liverpool we are well placed to provide national coverage and support your schemes.

We are regulated by RICS and able to provide our services across the UK and Ireland construction industries.

Our Quantity Surveying service covers the full spectrum of the QS role, including but not limited to, involvement in the preparation of the Client's brief, project cost advice throughout the development, procurement and tendering, building contracts, agreeing variations to the works and settling final accounts. We have a wide range of QS experience representing blue chip clients to private individuals.

Our Independent Monitoring Surveying service provides initial due diligence on the suitability of a proposed development for lending purposes followed by ongoing risk management and drawdown recommendations throughout the construction phase. We are currently acting as IMS on construction schemes nationwide with experience of developments ranging from under £500,000 to over £35,000,000.
